Hands on experience in effective product launching and re-lunching process/ activities.
Ability to lead a team productively through coaching and guiding.
Candidates having experience in FMCG Biscuits/ Bread cap Cake cake, Jar Item, Dry Cake etc sales & Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Korgram Ramdha Bazar, Sylhet 3100
Responsibilities:
- Manage the FMCG sales.
- Monitor and lead the SR Team to achieve the respective area’s sales target.
- Ensure product visibility to the market.
- Searching potential customers by regularly market visit.
- Monitor and lead the SR Team to achieve the respective area’s sales target.
- Ensure product visibility to the market.
- Guide to the team for sales bit and effective sales communication.
- Collect retailers’ information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.
- Handle the market with strong confidence for achieving the sales target.
- Plan, develop and execute innovative sales plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products.
- Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area of the market and set to expand the sales network of particular territory.
- Development new clients and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
- Collect competitor movement in market place to ensure the strength of own product.
- Follow-up daily sales report.
