∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems, including AC, chillers, ducting, and VRF systems.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all activities related to the project, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and quality standards.
∎ Ensure the correct use of materials, tools, and equipment.
∎ Maintain documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
∎ Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
∎ Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Technician The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AC, chiller systems, ducting, and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems. As a Electrician you will oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance systems, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-5 years of experience.
