Job Role:
Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company’s invested company’s financial growth and market share.
Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.
Planning business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals.
Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation.
Job Description/ Main Responsibilities:
A strong network is to be developed with key partners, i.e., through face-to-face/virtual meeting, attending various seminar/conference etc. Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.
Studying various business models of the company and creation of a suitable fitment of local opportunity into company’s business model is essential. The incumbent will have to utilize creativity & acumen to craft such workable model.
Regular market research and report the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Power point for such reporting is routine job. .
The incumbent will have to educate the local market situation on regular basis to overseas offices/partners. Also, will establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in efficient manner.
The incumbent will have to use advance problem-solving abilities in case of crisis moment and volatile market situation by analyzing & assessing risk
As per business needs & internal practice, the incumbent will be required to take international business trip and attend international training.
