∎ Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd is a high quality Denim Garments manufacture in Comilla - EPZ. It is vertical setup of denim garment manufacturing company with Embroidery, Printing Laundry & ETP. We are certified for GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard)/OCS (Organic Content Standard)/LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)/BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)/SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit).
∎ Reporting Authority: Head of Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for garment costing, production sampling and production order follow up till shipment, can develop and maintain T & A.
∎ Responsible for answering all the queries of the customers.
∎ Capable to handle team of 7-8 merchandisers and lead complete merchandising responsibilities for for 4-5 customers.
∎ Capable to work with factory and related departments and understanding of production procedures and related bottle necks.
∎ Material ordering and follow up and complete production sampling.
∎ Production related approvals and order executions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years proven experience in Denim bottoms, having 3-4 years in a Managerial role.
∎ Experienced in handling US customers.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English Written / oral and able to communicate with customers independently.
∎ Self-confidence with initiative approach
∎ Preference will be given to candidate from Comilla
Salary: Negotiable
