∎ Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience to lead a "Merchandising team" as "Team Leader" otherwise, no need to apply.
∎ To lead 6 merchandisers as "Team Leader".
∎ Must have to maintain customer delivery dates.
∎ To communicate with suppliers, production, buyers and other related concern department in order to get approvals and make them in house within required time frame.
∎ To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
∎ To prepare price quotations for new orders based on customer requirement.
∎ To ensure all accessories booking given timely and follow up with the supplier to get right products with required time frame.
∎ To follow up with commercial department to ensure all back to back LCs for yarn and related accessories done in due time.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge and experience on all kind yarn, fabrics, accessories required for knit garment.
∎ To ensure Trim cards are prepared and send to customer for approval in due time.
∎ To monitor quality inspection report on bulk fabric and garment production department to prevent any low quality products from shipment.
∎ To prepare and maintain time and action plan and execute accordingly to maintain customer delivery date.
∎ To understand and maintain individual customers policies for production, quality control and shipment.
∎ To maintain good environment and discipline in Merchandising department.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any technical degree/certificate in Textile/Garment industry.
∎ Worked as a good planner and implementer.
∎ Pro-active, strong analytical & problem solving skill.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As Per Company Policy
