∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred but not required
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure effective operations at the factory
∎ Responsible for quality standards of sourced material
∎ Get approvals of lab dips, etc.
∎ Check finished samples and arrange to send samples to head office and buyers
∎ Ensure clear and effective communication with head office
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers (fabrics and accessories)
∎ Follow-up across all levels: from capacity planning to garment delivery
∎ Co-ordinate with internal developments, sampling, planning, production and quality team to ensure on-time deliveries at the correct quality levels
∎ Any other relevant tasks provided by the head office
