Additional Requirements:
  • Must have Strong Presentation & communication skills in both English and Bengali.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale e-government or digital transformation programs.

  • Experience working with international donors, government ministries, or development partners is an asset.

  • Excellent understanding of government functioning, procurement processes, and digital public infrastructure.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-Government sector.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with the e-Government market.

  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, visit reports.

  • Weekly/monthly reporting to senior management on targets and achievements.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for e-Governance and digital public service initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders at national and regional levels.

  • Prepare and manage large-scale project documentation, RFPs, contracts, proposal submissions and reports for stakeholders.

  • Monitor integrated marketing for e-governance initiatives.

  • Design and manage campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including projects, communications, and government liaison units.

  • Organize and support workshop and awareness programs for digital government initiatives.

  • Alignment with government communication protocols.

  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to promote citizen centric digital services.
