Previous work experience with global fashion retailers such as Inditex (Zara, Massimo Dutti, etc.), Bestseller (Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, etc.), or similar fast-fashion brands is strongly preferred.

• Monitor factory production plans to ensure timely material supply and delivery.

• Book and follow up on embellishment order capacity.

• Obtain and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L).

• Cross-check documents for quality, price, and terms; coordinate with Shipping & Import for clearance.

• Identify and manage local accessory suppliers; obtain buyer approvals.

• Ensure timely approval of trim cards by buyers or buying offices.

• Coordinate with factory to confirm receipt of goods; manage shortages and replacements.

• Report fabric defects and obtain buyer approval for production.

• Approve fabric utilization reports and generate over-make reports before bulk cutting.

• Follow up with Shipping and Accounts on invoice submission, L/C negotiation, and payments.

• Support merchandising managers with additional assigned tasks.

• Ensure compliance with the "Week Cover Rule."
