∎ Develop comprehensive test plans based on system requirements and design.
∎ Execute tests to ensure the system meets specified criteria.
∎ Report defects to developers with detailed information.
∎ Follow up until modifications are completed.
∎ Analyze system quality to determine release readiness.
∎ Plan and implement quality improvement measures when necessary.
∎ Instruct developers on quality enhancements.
∎ Implement automated testing to reduce manual effort and enhance quality assurance.
∎ Improve developers' quality awareness and control techniques to minimize defects.
∎ Review requirement definitions and design documents, identifying and addressing issues.
∎ Manage the QA team, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Assess and optimize skills and aptitude of each QA engineer.
∎ Monitor project quality status and progress from a broad perspective.
∎ Adjust personnel assignments and schedules based on project needs.
∎ Report, communicate, and coordinate with overseas office members to ensure global alignment.
∎ Continuously improve the QA process to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Research and evaluate the latest testing technologies and tools.
∎ Integrate useful technologies into projects for improved testing practices.
