Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for accessories to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to understand the features and benefits of each accessory product and effectively communicate them to the target audience.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and enable them to effectively promote accessories to customers.
∎ Candidate must be capable to source new buyers/customers, Plan and develop marketing strategies that balance customers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis related to accessories.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all the marketing activities including price quotation, negotiation & well sourcing
∎ Pro-actively identify new & different business opportunities to increase market share.
∎ Daily basis customer visit in order to building strong customer relationship & achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly report as required by management & maintain a concreate customer database.
∎ Applicant should have good experience in marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account management & Customer Relationship Management
∎ The candidate should be capable to handle a team of 5 team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Candidate should have very good knowledge about Garments accessories product like Carton, Poly, Label, Hang tag, Back board, Gum Tape, Elastic / Twill Tape, Embroidery, Button & current market portfolio. Good in MS-Office applications Packages especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented.
∎ Good communication skills both in verbal & written English.
