∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall planning and end-to-end execution of all customer campaigns.
∎ Drive critical business KPIs like self-registration, active customer ratio, new service adoption etc. through customer campaigns.
∎ Prepare business case, management approval memo, IT SRS, and marketing brief for all campaigns.
∎ Coordinate among IT, commercial teams, marketing and other relevant stakeholders for successful execution of campaigns.
∎ Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) for all campaigns before and after go-live.
∎ Prepare campaign reports during and after campaigns in coordination with the BI team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in Telecom/MFS/Fintech/Digital platforms is mandatory.***
∎ High proficiency in MS Excel
∎ Basic understanding of business case preparation
∎ Communication skills (written & verbal)
∎ Analytical ability.
