∎ 4 years of graduation/Masters from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist business lines/units to complete their own risk self-assessment; to assess current control structures.
∎ Ensure review and challenges process on risk identification and control assessment periodically.
∎ Provide the support to identify risks for new financial products/processes/systems from the operational risk management purview.
∎ Assist in preparing a yearly plan to arrange awareness sessions for pan Bank.
∎ Provide and supervise periodic reporting to regulatory body.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in relevant field
∎ Risk specialized certification e.g. FRM, CERM will be given preference
∎ Understanding of banking laws and knowledge of risk management
∎ Prior experience in implementation of ORM related project will be given preference
