Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and be able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for: raw materials, booking and delivery. Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Monitor and check production status. Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing and merchandising activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
