Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow Monitoring, supervision on all mechanical/Electrical maintenance work for Factory etc.
∎ To do installation, testing & commissioning works of Electrical-Mechanical Equipment's as and when required.
∎ Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance & troubleshooting in accessories machineries.
∎ Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and ensure spare parts availability.
∎ Sound knowledge in Generator, substation, electrical distribution system, PLC, AC-DC motors, induction motor, synchronous motor, servo motor, inverter etc.
∎ Design and erection of electrical distribution and controlling system.
∎ Develops engineering drawings such as SLD, LPS etc. using computer-based drawing packages, basically AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Conducting electrical tests, using thermographic scanner, megger meter, earth resistance testing etc.
∎ Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
∎ Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
∎ To calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ To ensure the electrical safety and compliance activities as per compliance.
∎ To perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎ To monitor and supervision of electricians and technicians, train them to reduce performance GAP.
∎ To get involved and follow up the servicing works conducted by the outside Service Engineer under annual maintenance contact as & when required.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
