Experience: Candidates having experience in liquid soap, Liquid washing Detergent or toiletries manufacturing will be preferred.
Leadership Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Functional/Technical Competencies: Understanding of shift operation, formulation techniques, lab testing methods, and chemical safety.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day shift operations in the production area, ensuring smooth process flow and adherence to production plans.
Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials.
Maintain production records, batch manufacturing documents, and shift reports accurately.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted production.
Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Identify process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
Supervise and guide operators and helpers, ensuring discipline and performance.
Participate in process improvement, cost control, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
