Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making sure that all SAP users have the proper access rights and can use the functions they need quickly.
∎ Installing and configuring all SAP systems and applications.
∎ Backing up and restoring data.
∎ Tuning performance and troubleshooting problems.
∎ Managing batch jobs.
∎ Configuring SAP's transportation management system (TMS).
∎ Managing transports.
∎ Running and managing background jobs.
∎ Installing and configuring printers and other devices.
∎ Setting up operation modes.
∎ Defining functional requirements and reviewing technical designs.
∎ Collaborating with SAP Developers on system enhancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in relevant area (particularly in SAP S4 HANA) in any manufacturing industry.
∎ Must have experience in Cloud Server Management
∎ Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
