∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
∎ Certifications in networking, AIO/ ERP, or cybersecurity (preferred).

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and maintain all computer systems, hardware, CCTV, biometric attendance, and network connectivity (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
∎ Maintain backup power and data systems including UPS and generators connected to IT systems.
∎ Provide daily operational support for AIO (e.g., Garments AIO, inventory, production tracking) and ensure smooth data flow.
∎ Coordinate with software vendors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
∎ Generate and analyze AIO reports for various departments including Production, HR, and Finance.
∎ Ensure regular data backup and secure storage.
∎ Maintain cybersecurity measures including antivirus, firewalls, and password protocols.
∎ Implement and monitor access control for sensitive data and systems.
∎ Support IT-related audits (e.g., compliance, buyer, or certification audits like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SCAN, C-TPAT).
∎ Maintain up-to-date IT asset registers and software license documentation.
∎ Provide technical support to users across departments.
∎ Conduct basic IT training for non-technical staff on AIO use, email, etc. Coordinate with Admin and HR for IT-related onboarding/offboarding processes.
