Responsibilities & Context:
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN(ip-sec/GRE), VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and troubleshooting network-related issues.
- Managing overall IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability, and overseeing the daily operations of the IT department.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults. Outlook setup and Configuration.
- Maintain CCTV security System & Access Control System.
- Strong Knowledge of web Application.
- Updating ERP software regular basis. Maintenance the software to getting report smoothly.
- Extract data from ERP to generate different analytical report for production analysis.
- Generate valuable data analysis about production & material management.
- General Knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Video Editing.
- Understanding IP Phone system, PA System Also knowledge any Kind of IT equipment.
