Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast/ plan/ organize strategies to win new business from both new as well as existing customers
∎ Experience in handling Cloud, IP Telephony, Internet, IPLC, MPLS, Domestic data and products and services
∎ Identifying potential customers/ partners
∎ Preparing written proposal to potential customers/ attending tenders of potential customers
∎ Marketing startegy development for this segment
∎ Searching new/potential clients generate sales lead
∎ Designing new products and services to enhance revenue
∎ Working with the regulatory team to help customers in obtaining regulatory approval from BTRC to use services from InterCloud
∎ Following up on the timeline of the approvals and keeping the regulatory documents up-to-date.
∎ Resolve different type of queries through phone conversation, email or else visit their office premises regarding new clients
∎ Monitoring all the report and communicate with NOC when required
∎ Monitoring customers’ payment and assists them if they are failing to make payments and as well as assist Revenue Assurance team for collection of payments
