  • Supporting and leading the ERP development process in consultation with the Software Service.

  • Managing software embedded in the manufacturing processes for supporting to the production team.

  • User-based roles and authorization management, Access Control, Compliance and Risk management.

  • Managing Disaster recovery system and routine backups and recovery in case of failures.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Strong user service orientation with a patient and approachable attitude.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Sound knowledge of network design and implementation.

  • At least 5-7 years in ERP support on the manufacturing process.

  • Having financial knowledge of the above requirements is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • First-Level Support: Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related issues and requests, addressing them promptly via online platforms or onsite visits.

  • Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic ERP issues, including data inconsistencies, user errors, and minor configuration adjustments.

  • User Assistance: Guide end-users in the use of ERP system functionalities and provide training on basic operations and features.

  • System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.

  • Escalation: Identify issues that require advanced technical intervention and escalate them to the appropriate team while ensuring proper documentation.

  • Documentation: Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system changes, ensuring clear and accessible documentation for future reference.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and functional teams to address recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

  • Updates and Enhancements: Assist in the deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.

  • User Feedback: Gather and relay user feedback to the development team to enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Onsite Support: Provide hands-on support during ERP system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
