• B.Sc in IPE/Textile Engineering

• Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

• Ability to lead the team and appraise and motivate the team members.

• Ensure all sewing lines, sections, units are running as per plan efficiency.

• Ensure Efficiency & Productivity improvement and visualization by using different tools.

• Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.

• Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.

• Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.

• Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5`s.

• Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation.

• Follow-up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.

• Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.

• Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs
