Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Measure cutting room capacity with man , machine, and resource allocation accordingly as process requirements.
∎ • Collaboration & Production Co-ordination of Central Cutting IE Responsibilities ( SWR, LWR & SDL2).
∎ • Prepare SMV breakdown, cutting efficiency and achievement report.
∎ • Finalize lay & cutters table plan as well utilizations.
∎ • Proper Lay balancing to avoid short lay cutting.
∎ • Tracking WIP and minimize EOT.
∎ • Capacity Study and method installation of entire cutting.
∎ • HT transfer daily/weekly/periodically requirements and manning allocations.
∎ • Making style-wise cutting, Fusing , HT, Embroidery, Laser Cut & Printing operation bulletin.
∎ • Hourly production monitoring & day wise Target production forecast & actual achieve status.
∎ • Fusing Capacity study whereas central cutting having 13 fusing machines.
∎ • Manpower balancing of entire cutting based on daily/weekly/periodically demands.
∎ • Fusing section man, machine and working hours allocations.
∎ • Embroidery capacity study/ 3rd party requirements.
∎ • Embroidery man, machine & working hours allocation.
∎ • Laser Cut capacity study/ requirements/ manning allocations.
