We are seeking a compatible Assistant Manager IE (Product Development) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Refer and review monthly loading plan and identify critical style in machine, construction and SMV.

• Create machine requirement for the month.

• Identify and recommend skill requirements for the planned style based on skill inventory.

• Drive efficiency KPI targets set by company for relevant block daily.

• Assist and coach IE Executives in problem solving of bottle neck.

• Initiate line re-balancing based on chart update by IE Executives.

• Capture and evaluate SMV savings done by the team and encourage.

• Identify low performing lines and make strategies to make them perform with IE Executives.

• Motivate lines to earn Incentives given on productivity.

• Identify compliance and QMS failures in the relevant area and initiate corrective action with the team.
