Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT)
∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ETE from a reputed educational institution
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RHCSA,PMP,Compliance,
∎ Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Firewall, IT Security, Mentorship, Strong leadership and team management skill, Virtualization
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing executive policies to enhance the quality of IT services to the functional teams.
∎ Working closely with the organization's global client services and delivery teams
∎ Determines security requirements by evaluating existing contracts; researching on information security standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; understanding operational architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates; providing feedback and feasibility confirmation with the service agreement demands.
∎ Reporting and investigating the compliance function breaches of regulatory requirements or security standards of client's MSA. The technical report shall be presented to the BD & US top management for the client's SOW.
∎ Implement best practices for Secure Design, Threat Modeling, Threat Hunting, Playing as a team leader, security requirements writing, and Pen Testing.
∎ Analyses the environment and sets up a compliance team to implement the operational model for security engagement based on the requirement of ISO/IEC 27001 or such security compliance and security best practices.
∎ Information security risk assessment, digital forensics & incident handling for various clients as well as for the internal system.
∎ Planning actions for the assessed risk treatments and review periodically for evaluation.
∎ Develop unique and effective security strategies for networks, web applications, data centers, and hardware
∎ Develop policies, procedures, and standards that meet existing and newly developed policy and regulatory/interested party's requirements
∎ IT vendor enlistment, relationship management, and supplier's performance evaluation to establish strategic relationships for enhancing capability.
∎ Controlling and limiting the privileged access permission to the IT infrastructure e.g., Servers, Gateways, Firewalls, Access controls, etc.
∎ Conducting training and career development schemes for Internal Auditor / ISMS / Information security awareness etc. domains
∎ Guide team for all kinds of escalated ticket handling and provide strategic direction towards top management & client's satisfaction
∎ Protect, secure, and safeguarding all IT assets (Software / Hardware / Information / Data) as a nominated person by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in multi-disciplinary operational process management, IT process automation, HR, Administrative process management for solving human resource issues in the team.
∎ Experience in eliciting high-level information security strategies and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation, such as requirements, work-flow diagrams, and use-cases research works and final implementation
∎ Professional certifications on IT security standards like ISMS (Lead Auditor) / CISA , PMP or such level relevant job experience and excellent communication with leadership skills will get preference.
∎ Expertise in Containerization and Orchestration e.g., Docker / Kubernetes;
∎ Practical working experience on various Enterprise Type-1 Hypervisors for enterprise-level virtualization e.g., VMware vSphere / ESXi, Linux KVM, Proxmox, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.
∎ Clear concept on virtualization as a tool for growing scalability, reliability, and expediency;
∎ Hands-on experience in the following tools:
∎ Web and application server e.g., IIS / Apache / Nginx;
∎ Load balancing e.g., HaProxy / Nginx;
∎ Resource Monitoring e.g., Netdata/ Nagios / Zabbix / Zenoss;
∎ Cloud platform e.g., AWS (EC2)/ GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud / Rackspace;
∎ Application Server e.g., Gogit, TrueNAS, Elastix;
∎ System vulnerability scanner tools e.g., Nessus / Graylog / SIEM;
∎ Strong Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and hosting in relation to IT security and IT risk.
∎ Work experience on Linux / Windows based workstations and LDAP / Active Directory server administration.
∎ Must have good knowledge to configure Data Center equipment / technologies i.e., Rack / blade servers / SAN / NAS / Online UPS / HVAC / 2FA / ManTrap etc.
∎ Proficiency in various Linux & Windows server configuration, provision, and administration
∎ Working experience in various network resources, log, vulnerability monitoring tools.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective recruitment, resource training, supervision, and competent team development.
∎ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages.
∎ Physical Requirements :-
∎ Capability to work in any delivery zones or regions.
∎ Ability to work at Night shift including 24/7 roster based duty.
