∎ Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels
∎ Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla languages
∎ Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position

∎ Conducting manpower projection, planning, and execution to ensure optimal staffing levels throughout the organization.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
∎ Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of our current HR practices and policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∎ Develop and execute employer branding initiatives with the marketing team
∎ Updating and monitoring the employee orientation process.
∎ Supervising the performance evaluation and employee exit process.
∎ Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
∎ Utilizing data and analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics, HR process effectiveness, and employer branding impact.
∎ Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
