HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Payroll Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process monthly salary of all regular employees, intern and other categories (if any) including tax, salary certificate, perquisite, section-108 and initiate other salary related reports/ issues.
∎ Execute increment, promotion based on annual performance review and also on requirement basis, carryout confirmation of employees and bring necessary changes monthly salary and employee life cycle.
∎ Process different kinds of employee loans i.e. personal loan, home loan, motor bike loan etc and incorporate necessary changes in monthly salary.
∎ Execute exit process of regular employees, process end service benefits and manage records.
∎ Facilitate the process of disciplinary actions & grievance handling, manage database of regular employees and update HRIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package & HRIS.
∎ Excellent Written and Oral communication Skill (both English & Bangla).
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Team Work.
