দায়িত্বসমূহ:
কোম্পানির Payroll Management সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
কর্মীদের attendance, leave, salary & benefits সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
HR policy, compliance ও employee record ব্যবস্থাপনায় করা।
কর্মীদের সাথে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় রক্ষা করা।
