• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Have a strong sense for brand storytelling, social trends, and youth culture
• Are fluent in English and Bangla (written & spoken)
• Have experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or youth brands (a plus)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and retailers.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.
• Execute field marketing campaigns and service activations.
• Distribute and manage marketing materials such as brochures, visuals and samples.
• Collect and report market information, competitor updates and customer feedback.
• Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategies to management.
• Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing and business development teams.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on client visits, sales progress and marketing outcomes.
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
•  Plan and oversee content production (social media, video, photo shoots)
• Manage influencer and ambassador collaborations.
• Plan and coordinate events, activations, and sponsorships
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and audience engagement
• Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
