Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan the HR of the hospital
∎ Recruit & Select the clinical and non-clinical staff
∎ Prepare JD & specification of the position
∎ Arrange training for the clinic and non-clinical staff
∎ Prepare an adverts for for the recruitment
∎ Prepare the roster of the staff for the hospital
∎ Counsel the staff for their career development
∎ Prepare action for the retention of the staff
∎ Develop documents and ensure the hospital's regulatory compliance
∎ Contact the Labor Inspector
∎ Develop document as per the Labor Law and Labor Rules
∎ Communicate with the Ophthalmic institution to source the Ophthalmologist, Ophthalmic paramedic etc.
∎ Job posting in the BD job
∎ Prepare for the report on the justification of recruitment
∎ Develop strategies as HRBP
∎ Monitor attendance of the staff
∎ Develop Fellowship and training programs for Ophthalmology
∎ Other duties assigned by the management
