Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor/Honors

• Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in HR/ Management/ Public Administration

• PGD in HR/ Compliance/ Relevant courses in Compliance will be treated as an advantage.



Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 38 years
  • Detailed knowledge about OCS, RCS, GOTS, GRS, and OKEO-TEX.
  • Experience in carrying out regular Compliance Audits.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The ideal selected candidate will have to perform Factory HR & Compliance-related duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently and be responsible for preparing the Washing Plant complied.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing Factory HR & Compliance-related duties and responsibilities.
  • Preparing the factory for different audits, such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/ Alliance, Social, Ethical, ICS, and C-TPAT audits.
  • Conducting Internal Audits and facing External Audits of the Factory.
  • Prepare CAPs and take necessary measures accordingly.
  • Performing on the HIGG Index.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
