∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM & labor law (preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, General HR, Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directions to meet the needs of the growing organization,
∎ Perform day to day HR operational duties & services.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). Manpower planning and handling recruitment procedure.
∎ Compile and update employee records both the hard and soft copies.
∎ Upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Follow up attendance, salary administration, leave management (Online HR database) & compensation & benefit, and incentive schemes.
∎ Write Meeting Minutes and prepare / issue Office Note, Memo, Office Order & circular with respect to the ongoing HR issues.
∎ Handle labor issues/inspections (factories and establishments), employees' grievance issues, and compliance in a proactive manner. Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Organizing training / awareness programe on a regular basis.
∎ Keeping the factory ready for Buyers' audit as per their COC.
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with Govt. / Local Govt. offices/departments.
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ Develop & ensure on time KPI & performance Appraisal.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & allowance, incentives, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc Conduct carious survey present organization trend & data in a timely manner.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law (2006) Labor Rules 2015 and recent amendments of Labor Law, Act and Rules (2018)
∎ Sound knowledge in Payroll system.
∎ Expert in Excel, Power point presentation.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Computer and HR software literacy.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Attention to detail, pro-active, ability to learn and result-oriented.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skills
∎ Bangla typing skills
