Responsibilities & Context:
Buyer sourcing and new client development.
Handling business with different customers.
Review development, cost negotiation & price settlement with the buyer.
Communication and negotiation with international buyers.
Market trend and competitor analysis
Capacity planning with the factory and order placement as per the factory's product strength.
Monitor the production process from initial material approvals through the final delivery stage.
Ensure timely delivery of the merchandise through consistent communication and follow-up.
Supervise the merchandising team.
