• At least 8 to 10 year(s) in related field

• The applicants should have experience in marketing & merchandising for outerwear.

• Experience in factory is highly preferable.

• Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite.

• Strong knowledge of jacket/outerwear manufacturing processes.

• Must have Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation & leadership skills.

• Must have deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Must lead the factory’s marketing and business development activities by securing suitable orders that match the factory’s product strength.

• Must source orders on FOB basis from direct buyers/retailers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable business growth.

• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business strategies.

• Ensure costing accuracy and protect margin from development through order confirmation and bulk execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on inquiries, product development, costing, sampling, and order confirmation.

• Advice factory / production / quality team on production and quality related technical issues as efficient troubleshooter.

• Ensuring Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.

• Any other jobs assigned by the management.
