∎ Assist in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious work environment.
∎ Develop and implement HR best practices to align with corporate goals.
∎ Ensure a smooth and efficient office environment by managing facilities and logistics.
∎ Ensure documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for HR and compliance matters.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
∎ Ensure adherence to national labor laws, international compliance standards, and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain updated records of compliance reports, audit documents, and statutory licenses.
∎ Provide training and awareness sessions on HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
