Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attendance & Leave Management.

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.

  • Coordinate training sessions and performance management activities.

  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance and leave records.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, and reports.

  • Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

  • Develop policies as per requirement.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.

  • Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
