Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or Reputed Universities.
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing/ Washing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the garments wash production team with a capacity of 35000-40000 PCs/day.
∎ Optimize the garments wash to meet required targets.
∎ Must be conversant with automated/modern machines and ensure full utilization.
∎ Must be conversant with garments washes, dry finishes and modern technologies.
∎ Ensure that highest efficiency achieved.
∎ Managing production timelines.
∎ Must be capable to follow up critical path events.
∎ Optimize resource utilization by implementation of effective production schedule.
∎ Keep liaison with various departments for ensuring in time production and meet the scheduled shipment.
∎ Monitor floor management and machine performances.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures.
∎ Motivate and inspire the production people to give their best ensuring required Garments quality.
∎ Oversee monthly performance status.
∎ Ensure that all the manufacturing targets are met.
∎ Develop time and action calendars for all programs managed.
∎ Production line preparation, liaising with IE.
∎ Plan to reduce wastage at wet process stage & saving chemicals.
∎ Monitor production status of all denim programs by season and ensure on time delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in wet process.
∎ Experience on Ozone, Resin wash, Bleach Wash, Dyeing, Acid, Enzyme Wash etc.
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge on garments quality requirements of international buyers.
