Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing, planning and designing solutions according to customer’s requirements.
∎ Maintaining customer relations and achieving satisfaction with quality service.
∎ Attending pre-sales and post-sales meeting with a customer.
∎ Keeping proper documentation for each task including HLD, LLD, BOQ, BOM, and technical proposals
∎ Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders with promptness.
∎ Keeping close communication with team members, maintain strong team motivation to achieve organizational targets.
∎ Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Researching and recommending innovative and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
∎ Proper documentation of any solution and generate required reports and preserve those for future reference.
∎ Identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Clear understanding and experience on LAN, wan, IP Subnetting and latest Wi-Fi technologies.
∎ Good knowledge and experience to work with static and dynamic routing (ospf, bgp) protocols.
∎ Good knowledge of web server (apache2, ngnix), dns server, cpanel whm, mail server (postfix / zimbra) configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge of cisco/ mikrotik router/switch configuration.
∎ Having sound knowledge of different types of vpn and tunneling technologies (ipsec, gre, eoip, pptp, l2tp)
∎ Having experience in handling different firewall devices (cisco, fortigate, juniper, sophos etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge of windows server (ad / exchange), linux server (debian, ubuntu) and administration.
∎ Must have initiative, problem solving, and positive attitudes in working relationship.
∎ Behavioral competencies: process leadership, adaptive to culture, result driven and responsiveness.
∎ Able to work under pressure & agree to work on holidays.
∎ Sincerity, honesty, target orientation and hard work will be the key focus areas.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability of multiple task handling.
