Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and coordinate the proper execution of the sales function.
∎ Execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers interested in our projects.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relations.
∎ Conducted sales presentations and provided detailed information about our properties.
∎ Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
∎ Working with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
