Job Context

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Digital Marketing And Sales Executive to support the sales activities of our Hotel. The role involves generating business, handling client inquiries, managing bookings and helping achieve sales targets for rooms, events, and other resort services.

Job Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators

Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate business

Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Head of Sales

Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate accounts

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements

Support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and group bookings

Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience

Keep updated records of client interactions and sales activities (CRM/reporting)

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Participate in sales trips, promotional campaigns, and networking events
