Looking for some experienced personnel for our Sales Department to boost up the sales of a first growing and well reputed Real Estate company.

  • Parliament View (Shopping Mall + Hotel): West Gate of Parliament Bhobon, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.

  • Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.

  • Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.

  • Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.

  • Participate in the development of sales plan, forecasts and budget.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.

  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.

  • Prepare regular sales report and submit to Team Leader and Management Head.

  • Represent the company to increase the brand value of company at client meetings.

  • Promote the organization’s Dream, Values and Vision to serve to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Confidently explain and promote Divine Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs.

  • Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance.

  • Need to have a sound knowledge on Sales Administration for Asst. Manager will be added advantage.

  • Need to meet the Monthly Sales Target .
