Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on operation of bulletin, line layout, SMV, and manpower allocation in all sewing, cutting & finishing departments.
∎ Ensure optimization of operation method for cost saving in sewing, cutting & finishing.
∎ Knowledge of lean tools implementation and hands-on experience in lean manufacturing.
∎ Ensure to drive all the procedures for quick changeover to make first-day output & fluent start-up which aligns with the company goal.
∎ Ensure research on self-driving & exploring new machinery to match the latest systems of manufacturing which meets the company's long-term goal.
∎ Prepare cost-benefit analysis & ROI.
∎ Ensure pre-production engineering to define detailed execution plans, methods, layouts and support systems like tools, folders, attachments etc.
∎ Improve factory MMR.
∎ Knowledge about supply chain management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Strong & self-decision-making skills with dynamic work ethics.
∎ Must have knowledge of the standard operating procedure (SOP) in cutting, sewing & finishing departments.

Salary: Negotiable
