Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT projects (Software Implementation ERP and Automation) from all phases of the project life cycle (from beginning to end).
∎ Business process capture/re-engineering and documentation.
∎ Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
∎ Estimate project costs and manage project budget.
∎ Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
∎ Assist the IT department head with leading and training IT staff
∎ Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
∎ Define and manage project plans, and team meetings, establish & develop stakeholder relationships.
∎ Monitor the progress and baselines of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
∎ Organize internal and external meetings, and document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
∎ Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Manage changes in project scope, prepare and or facilitate Change request process as per agreement.
∎ Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks, and manage issues to resolution.
∎ Delivers project benefits successfully within scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
∎ Responsible for the delivery of the project from original concept through final implementation.
∎ Conduct regular project management review meetings.
∎ Promote the use of standard project management templates and methodology such as Project plans, issues/risk logs, status reports, etc.
∎ conducting routine evaluations of network and data security
∎ Locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems
∎ Performing routine system audits
∎ Running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees
∎ Looking for opportunities to train and build teamwork skills
∎ Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
∎ As a head with leading and training IT staff
∎ Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap
∎ Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
∎ Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
∎ Must have good knowledge of ERP Notebook and SAP
∎ Have to work with Top Management.

∎ Age 25 to 38 years

∎ Experience Requirements: 8-10year(s) experience in the similar position

∎ The applicants should have problem-solving skills and technical expertise in the area of software development and implementation
∎ The applicants should have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Office, Project and Visio is must.
∎ Competency in ERP and SAP is preferred.
∎ Understanding on .Net, Java, Oracle and SQL is preferred
