Experience:
Graduate from reputed university in BBA/MBA major Management or any other related discipline.
PGDHRM will get more preference or related disciplined.
Experience leading organizational change initiatives and managing complex projects.
Thorough vast knowledge of payroll regulations, BEPZA/Bangladesh Labour laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Should be a good and active team player.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Should have to work under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS Software, Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software preferred.
Should be able to manage situation and using problem solving tools by basic knowledge.
Should be positive, and proactive.
Assist to HOD-HR to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Assist to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of key business functions·
Develop job description of all function·
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. You will also manage payroll operations, including payroll checking, payroll processing, compliance, leave & attendance management, and reporting.
Develop and implement annual performance management programs, and procedures that align with the organization`s goals and values.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Ensure new employee onboarding process and planning.
