Job Context:
∎ Monitoring monthly credit collection and contact with dealers for credit collection. To keep close contact with all customers & acknowledge with them time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & Checking customer's credit situation.
∎ Develop the credit management capability within the practice.
∎ To monitor, reconcile and collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt with balance confirmation.
∎ To analyze client's credit data, legal documents, valid business identification in accordance the company policy whichever it is required.
∎ To visit the field area frequently of Irregular customer and develop the relationship with Party.
∎ Responsible for close liaison with the sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.
∎ To keep a close contact with every customer & acknowledge them time to time via with proper business communication system.
∎ Monitoring & Letter issue to the party and take necessary legal action if require.
∎ Manage relations with credit collection agencies.
∎ Co-ordination with Customer Service, Head Office
∎ Any other work appointed by Management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
