Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on BLL, BLR-15, BNBC, NFPA, ACCORD/Alliance standards
∎ Experience on WRAP, SCS/C-TPAT, SEDEX, ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, ZDHC,DETOX,HIGG,INDEX,UK & USA buyers Compliance requirements.
∎ Lead and administrate all types of Buyer's/Social & Environmental Compliance Audit & organize the factory.
∎ Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation of the Program
∎ Monitor Regulatory activities to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends;
∎ Coordinate the identification and tracking, in conjunction with the business and regional support lawyers, of potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues;
∎ Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers;
∎ Arrange various training session to meet the compliance requirement.Make sure audit CAP, Report, Follow up by your in-depth monitoring.
∎ Maintain and keep all documents as required by buyer's, Gazette, Law & Rules
∎ Strong liaison with Buyers, BGMEA, Federation, NGO's, MOL & Concerned Legal Authority.
∎ Advise technical professionals on the development or use of environmental compliance or reporting tools.
∎ Develop or implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as air quality, storm water, wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, pollution prevention, or solid waste management.
∎ Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, above ground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid waste recycling, medical waste management, indoor air quality, integrated pest management, employee training, or disaster preparedness.
∎ Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations
