Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to any escalated and critical technical issues immediately.
∎ Planning and initiating steps for improving the quality of service to enterprise clients.
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and /or improving the efficiency of current networks
∎ Configuration and maintenance of network and security devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, Server) and ensuring maximum network efficiency and security
∎ Monitoring and analyzing network logs, data, and history to find the root causes for any network faults and security loopholes.
∎ Design and troubleshoot network faults and ensure early resolution.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental communication
∎ Arrange regular training sessions on different technical topics to improve the technical resources of the organization.
∎ Participate in technical and presales meetings with clients/prospective clients.
∎ Understand the requirement for any improvement of network and devices to suggest to the client.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of internet protocol (TCP/IP, OSI Layer)
∎ Extensive experience in handling Data Centers, Network Devices, and Technical Project management.
∎ Hands-on deployment experience of security devices on Cisco Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, and Juniper Firewall as well as multi-vendor Routers, and Switches.
∎ Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and Mikrotik IOS with different wireless solutions.
∎ Clear concept of packet flow on network service level, as well as on routing and switching protocols.
∎ Experience on Non-MPLS, MPLS VPN (L2 and L3), GRE, IPsec, L2TP VPN tunneling protocol
∎ Able to handle devices like DHCP servers, and DNS servers.
∎ Having a good understanding of Windows & Linux OS, file systems
∎ Having a basic understanding of the E-mail system
∎ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and leadership skills, taking ownership of any issue.
∎ Able to guide and lead technical team and subordinates to complete the goal of the department.
∎ Have a positive attitude and decision-making capability in any critical moment.
∎ Having 3 or more years of experience as a senior technical position for enterprise clients and support environment.
∎ Vendor certification will be added advantage (CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCP/NSE/RHCL/MTCNA/HCNA)
∎ Able to complete tasks under pressure.
