Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• To ensure and implement Company sustainability requirements, 6S, Customers COC, local law and ILO-Better Work standards.

• Prepare factory for all types of Compliance, Environmental or Sustainability Audits

• Take initiatives on different occasions like national OSH day, Earth Hour, World Environment Day, Menstrual Hygiene.

• Face all kind audit/assessments/verification of customers/Better Work/third party/ CQS etc.

• Representatives, Government authority and other stakeholders;

• Communicate with department’s head/PIC for audit NC and follow up CAP as per deadline.

• Monitoring working hours, legal license and certificates;

• Management Day, Breast Feeding Week etc.

• Working with Higg FEM, SLCP, Enablon, ESG, Net Zero and women empowerment project.

• To communicate with external parties i.e. customers.

• Certify factory as sustainable product (GRS & RCS) manufacturer and handle renewal issues for mentioned Certificate.

• Lead the team and follow up team’s work and any other task assign by management.
