∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report violations of compliance and regulatory standards to appropriately authorized enforcement agencies required.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
∎ Discuss emerging compliance issues to ensure that management and employees are informed about compliance reporting systems, policies, and practices.
∎ File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
∎ Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received and investigation outcomes.
∎ Conduct an internal investigation of compliance issues.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures.
∎ Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, and report irregularities.
∎ Verify that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
∎ Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
∎ Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices.
∎ Direct the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to compliance throughout an organization.
∎ Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
∎ Assist internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
∎ Develop risk management strategies based on an assessment of the product, compliance, and operational risks.
∎ Advise technical professionals on the development and use of environmental compliance or reporting tools.
∎ Develop and implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as Fire Safety, wastewater treatment, and hazardous waste management.
∎ Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
∎ Direct environmental programs, such as water compliance, hazardous waste, and materials management, Chemical waste management, Fire Safety, and disaster preparedness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and assume job Roles & Responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective coordination and communication abilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Fire & Safety.
∎ Chemical Storage and waste Management.
∎ Environment Compliance.
∎ Material Management.
∎ Wastewater Management.
∎ Should experience required of Accord, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001/OHSAS18001, Oekotex.
