Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Campaigns & Activation to support brand campaigns, event activations, and consumer engagement initiatives for a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand in Bangladesh. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to execute on-ground activities that deliver premium brand experiences. Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional events.

  • Coordinate logistics and operations for activations in malls, hotels, lifestyle venues, and public spaces.

  • Support the Brand & Activation Manager in conceptualizing and implementing on-ground activations.

  • Manage vendor coordination, agency partnerships, and event contractors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaign materials with brand identity.

  • Track campaign performance, collect customer feedback, and prepare post-activation reports.

  • Ensure brand presence at exhibitions, lifestyle fairs, and relevant trade events.

  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas.

  • Work closely with sales and retail teams to activate in-store promotions and bundle offers.

  • Leverage prior experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands to deliver impactful consumer engagement.
