Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Campaigns & Activation to support brand campaigns, event activations, and consumer engagement initiatives for a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand in Bangladesh. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to execute on-ground activities that deliver premium brand experiences. Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional events.
Coordinate logistics and operations for activations in malls, hotels, lifestyle venues, and public spaces.
Support the Brand & Activation Manager in conceptualizing and implementing on-ground activations.
Manage vendor coordination, agency partnerships, and event contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaign materials with brand identity.
Track campaign performance, collect customer feedback, and prepare post-activation reports.
Ensure brand presence at exhibitions, lifestyle fairs, and relevant trade events.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
Work closely with sales and retail teams to activate in-store promotions and bundle offers.
Leverage prior experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands to deliver impactful consumer engagement.
