- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 5 to 7 years’ experience in imported intraocular lens (IOL) and other ophthalmic products distribution, sales and marketing.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven sales & marketing experience in imported medical devices and hospital equipment or healthcare products.
- Direct working experience with Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) office for imported products MRP evaluation, DAR (Drug Administration Registration) process, license, renewal, etc.
- Ability to work independently for small enterprise and new brand in the market having expert management, interpersonal and communication skills for overall Business development.
- Willingness to travel within or beyond the target sales region or territory as required.
- Applicants having supplementary experience in institutional / local Govt. hospitals’ tenders for medical devices / hospital equipment procurement will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context: Assistant Manager (Business Development in Sales & Marketing of Medical Device & Hospital Equipment)
Workplace: Nikunja-2, Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in develop and implement of b2b direct marketing and sales plan. Initiate and design promotional campaign in order to mobilize the sales targets.
- General Business Banking, L/C or TT processing, preparing supporting commercial documentations, email etc.
- Cooperative assistance with overseas office and suppliers, as well as custom clearing agent (CnF) and local delivery agents for smooth operation.
- Conduct periodical visits to customers e.g. hospitals and clinics to present product information and provide technical support or demonstrations. Manage overall sales activities including follow-ups, after sales services, as well as handling inquiries.
- Preparing and providing regular weekly reports to upper management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Salary: Negotiable and review after one year with travel allowance and performance bonus.
Weekends & Holidays: Saturday (9: am to 1:00pm), Sunday to Thursday (9am to 6:00pm) (Closed on Govt. holidays)
